This equipment is a special equipment for ceramic glazing, with leading technology and mature craftsmanship. The biggest difference from conventional glazing machines on the market is that this equipment does not require complex path programming for the movement trajectory of the robotic arm at all. It only needs manual spraying once, and the equipment system will automatically memorize the actions 100%. The operator names the ceramic shape and records the glazing action, and the system can save more than 1000 action files. When replacing the ceramic shape, you can call up the program with one click to carry out batch production again. The complete set of equipment includes a dust removal system, a special frequency conversion circulating glaze pump, and a special automatic glaze spray gun; the equipment, control system and spray gun are all patented products with independent intellectual property rights.

The equipment consists of two parts: the front part is the main body of the glazing machine, and the rear part is the dust removal cabinet. Both the main body of the glazing machine and the dust removal cabinet can be moved independently.

Dust Removal and Collection
Two methods are available: A. Pulse filter cartridge dust collection cabinet, with excellent dust removal effect, no visible dust emission at the air outlet, and a drawer below for convenient recycling, as shown in the figure: B. Water curtain integrated cabinet, with a glaze baffle in the middle, most of the glaze can be recycled in the front recycling bucket, as shown in the figure:

II. Equipment Highlights

2.1 All equipment in this series are equipped with a programming-free memory system, and users do not need any programming experience; hold the spray gun to spray glaze once, the control system will automatically record the movement path and gun firing action, automatically save it with the desired file name, no reset is required during work, saving time and efficiency, and files can be called at any time.
2.2 The feeding system is: glaze bucket – spray gun inlet – spray gun outlet – glaze bucket, closed-loop circulation, avoiding the precipitation of glaze.
2.3 The glazing weight error of a single blank is ±2%. Compared with manual work, it avoids the problem of inconsistent color and weight between each product.
2.4 Applicable to 99% of common glazes in the daily-use porcelain industry; when the glaze concentration is about 65 degrees and the flow rate is below 25 seconds, the circulating pump developed by our company is used; when the concentration is above 70 degrees and the flow rate is above 25 seconds, an alternative scheme is adopted; the gun firing air pressure is 0.4Mpa, and the atomization air pressure is below 0.5Mpa, with no special requirements for compressed air.
2.5 The glaze suction depth of the glaze circulating pump is 200mm (automatic glaze adding function is optional); ordinary plastic buckets with a diameter of more than 400mm can be used; after work, you only need to clean the surface of the pump body with a sponge, then pump clean water for circulation twice; the cleaning water is 10kg; the entire cleaning process can be completed within 10 minutes.
2.6 The only wearing parts of the whole machine are the spray gun nozzle and needle. The service life of the nozzle and needle varies depending on different glazes, generally about 4 months; the service life of the servo motor is 80,000 hours.
